“West Art Furnishings is a beautiful and truly classy store. The moment we walked in we knew it was our kind of place. The quality and uniqueness of the furniture was obvious and the salespeople were helpful but not pushy."
When we asked them why they buy our furniture as compard to furniture from other stores, this was their answer:
"After we first visited West Art Furnishings and found a few pieces we loved we decided we should go ‘comparison shop.’ We went to a big box furniture store where, the minute we stepped in the door, we were bombarded by salesmen asking their token line and telling us we had to buy furniture in set.
After looking around the big box store it was obvious that the quality didn’t compare to West Art Furnishings. Their furniture looked cheap and shoddy compared to the beautiful handmade pieces at West Art. In addition, the prices were no better, especially when comparing the quality.
The biggest difference was the employees. At the big box store they were anxious to get our commission and money and didn’t care what they sold us. At West Art the employees were glad to educate us about the quality, craftsmanship and uniqueness of each individual piece.”
